On Friday the 7th of August the Government Gazette announced that in terms of section 54 of the Employment Services Act, 2014 (Act No. 4 of 2014) (“the Act”),the 9th of August 2015 was determined as the date on which the Employment Services Act, with the exception of section 13, shall come into operation. Section 13 deals with the registration of Private Employment Service Agencies.
