Due to the implementation of the revised Regulations of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), effective 7 December 2011, all tenders that are evaluated and awarded by government will consider bidders’ BEE scorecards.

There are a number of factors that need to be considered when evaluating a scorecard to ensure companies that are fronting don’t leak through the cracks. Evaluating a B-BBEE scorecard can be both tedious and complex. Specific details can make a tremendous difference to the validity of the scorecard.

Is your procurement officers and government tender committee members sufficiently trained to technically evaluate the BEE Scorecards?

To assist you in this regard, we have compiled a practical workshop which we can present on an in-house basis, aimed at all officials involved in the tender process. This hands-on course will enable delegates to understand the process so that they are able to properly evaluate the B-BBEE section of tenders.

We will also be hosting public sessions nationally early in the new year. Please refer to the downloads page for more information about the Breakfast Seminars for your region.
