1. Introduction
This was the fourth scheduled session and a follow – up on the one held in Port Elizabeth on 17 April 2012.
The proceedings started after 10:00 am given that there were problems with parking as well as the fact that there were not enough seats in the venue
Parties present were introduced by Mr. Rasiphi (Programme Director & Inspectorate for the Department of Labour KZN) and included:

Copies of the tabled Bills were provided upon signing in but unlike the Port Elizabeth session no copies of the slideshow were provided
There was a balanced turnout by representatives from both business and labour.
