The Department of Labour is in the process of conducting an investigation in the Private Security Sector and Civil Engineering Sector, with the view of setting the conditions of employment and minimum wages within these sectors.
The Department is therefore embarking on a consultation process as part of its information gathering process. The employers, employees and Trade Unions are therefore invited to attend public hearings for these sectors.
All inputs from interested parties will be highly appreciated.
