As you all are aware the Dti has released a set of Draft Codes for Public Comment. Given the nature of the proposed changes and the adverse effect this will have on business, the economy and transformation, it is imperative that we all submit comment to the Dti so that, hopefully, they may reconsider some of the more misguided proposals. All we can say for sure is that if comment regarding these codes is not submitted, the draft codes become active in December. These changes, in a nutshell, will automatically make the majority of currently BEE compliant companies non compliant with no tangible and realistic manner to get back to compliance.

We therefore will be happy to draft your comment, with specific reference to your business, on your behalf, for submission to all available channels. This process will commence after our initial information session, to which you would have already received an invitation. If you haven’t registered for the information session yet, please click on this link for more information. Similar sessions will also be hosted in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town.

If you would like us to assist you with your comments please contact Tammy Sellers with your request.
