Herman is a Business Analyst that has been serving clients in diverse industries for more than ten years, from entrepreneurial start – ups to government institutions and major corporations. Herman offers a full range of consulting services supported by in–depth industry knowledge and skills. He has been involved in a number of successful transactions for Mergers and Acquisitions, including a number of BEE Transactions, Business Planning and Feasibility studies for projects and start-up businesses and for the expansion of existing businesses and Enterprise Development and Equity Valuations.
