The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration may charge a fee for services rendered. As such, they have repealed the Tariff of Fees published on 23 March 2012 and established the following Tariff of Fees.
The fees are effective from 1 April 2013 and are outlined below. All fees are excluding VAT.
