The CCMA has now entered a new era by accrediting four private dispute resolution agencies. This is the first time that private agencies have been accredited. It is anticipated that this will have a favourable impact on the burdened workload carried by the CCMA and existing Bargaining and Statutory Councils who are currently accredited for the purposes of dispute resolution. The four agencies concerned are Equillore Dispute Settlement Services, Temnotfo Training, JFKS Consulting and Tokiso Dispute Settlement. Accreditation is granted for a specific period and is subject to certain conditions.
