BOOT CAMP

FOR LEADERSHIP

AND MANAGEMENT

Workshop Outline

This one-day workshop will create some certainty in an uncertain environment by traversing the following key areas that will materially shape human resources and workplace strategies:

  • Leadership behaviour and trust in an agile world
  • Organisational culture and innovation
  • Creating a competency framework for a digital future (inter and intra-personal competencies as well as intra and inter-digital competencies) and future fit workforce
  • Ability of employees relative to job satisfaction
  • Content creation for a flexible competency development landscape
  • Goal setting in an agile world, aligning personal standards and values
  • Human-centric policies, procedures and practices
  • Dealing with redundancy, labour relations, micro-learning and workplace models
  • Key human resources policies for the 4I

About the Workshop

Major advances in the use of technology and AI drivers require a proactive and clear strategic human capital response. Unfortunately, there is a “lag-phase” at present characterised by reactive and sub-optimal leadership, management and human resources framework. We believe that you can create a culture, grow leadership and design a competency framework that will differentiate your organisation and that you can do that NOW.
