– Drafting compliant employment contracts

Special focus:

– Handling Absenteeism and conflict management

About the Workshop

This 2-day programme is aimed at imparting a practical and experiential ability to delegates to the extent that they will be confident in interpreting these laws and also applying them at the workplace. The inter-relationship between the laws, how employer policies and employment contracts fit into the framework and related matters will be traversed. A must for those needing a refresher or new entrants into the human resources and labour relations arena. Given the major impact of managing leave and absenteeism, special consideration will be given to this as well as to the various amendments to the laws.
