Our National Certificate in Generic Management is aimed to develop management competencies required by learners in any occupation, particularly those who manage first line managers In addition, the programme specifically focuses on skills required in the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous context in which managers and supervisors are required to operate. These include EQ and digital skills

The National Certificate in Labour Relations Practice NQF 6 will help to develop people who will be able to manage, resolve and help prevent labour disputes. There has been the establishment of new statutory structures with implications for every level of labour relations in the country. Their purpose is to advance economic development and social justice, to reduce labour unrest and to advance the democratisation of the workplace by fulfilling the primary objective of the Labour Relations Act.

Our National Diploma in Human Resources and Management Practices is accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). This programme will give learners a fresh perspective on human resources and takes into account new trends and developments, including the fourth industrial revolution, in order to stay relevant within the everchanging employment landscape. Our course can be attended virtually or in-person.

Attending the Master of Business Leadership NQF 9 will enhance business manager’s skills. This programme is aimed at business leaders,senior managers and self-employed entrepreneurs who wish to undertake advanced scholarship, deep theoretical engagement and the ability to apply these to real world scenarios within the field of business leadership.
