The EqualPayOnline tool was developed to assess pay-related data in the context of equal pay for work of equal value, as required by the Employment Equity Act. Compare pay by job title, grade, occupational level, race or gender, at the touch of a button to determine whether any potentially unfair discrimination exists. Document justifiable reasons and/or planned remedial action and draw reports to support compliance efforts.
