Well we are into May and the election period. We can reflect on 17 years of democracy and some good and bad points. We have to realise that we have done well for a young democracy.
In terms of Labour Law, we have seen two major changes, one shortly after our democratic dispensation and the other proposed currently. As you are aware there are dramatic changes proposed that could have constitutional ramifications. It is imperative that we maintain the principles of our Constitution and ensure fairness to ALL persons.
