Herman Coetzee BCom, MBL (UNISA) has been serving clients in diverse industries for more than ten years in this capacity.
His list of established clients range from entrepreneurial start–up’s to Government Institutions and major corporations. Over the years, he has also built an excellent relationship with a number of Funding entities to procure structured funding for transactions.
Herman offers a full range of consulting services supported by in–depth industry knowledge and skills. He has been involved in a number of successful transactions for Mergers and Acquisitions, including a number of BEE Transactions, Business Planning and Feasibility studies for projects or start-up businesses or for the expansion of existing businesses and Enterprise Development and Equity Valuations.
Herman has positioned himself to specialize specifically around the area of valuations and equity and has developed an integrated financial model over the past eight years which he can apply to any type of transaction or feasibility study.
Herman is a member of the SA Institute of International Affairs and registered through Khula under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002. He is also an Associate Member of the South African Venture Capital Association (“SAVCA”) (Private Equity Markets).
