Following NUMSA’s notice to NEDLAC on 8 July 2015 that it planned to embark on nationwide protest action against escalating corruption, it has now served a notice of its intention to strike on Wednesday, 30 September 2015.
This will be deemed a protected strike and businesses are cautioned to make the necessary arrangements in anticipation of staff stay-aways.
