I see myself as a thought partner to my client. My coaching approach embraces the whole person and is highly action-orientated. A client is “observed” from a variety of angles, including but not limited to personal, interpersonal, and conceptual abilities. I use a variety of tools, including psychometric tests, appreciative inquiry, 3600 Surveys, my own experience and background as a clinical psychologist, and business experience. The client determines their goals and we work at the pace that is determined by the issues raised and the client’s specific needs. In this way, I partner with the client, to help him or her to get clarity in terms of where they want to be. Coaching should be part and parcel of integrated leadership development in an organisation.

My belief is that developing leadership is rooted in a profound understanding of who you are and embarking on a journey of insight and awareness – of yourself, your impact on others, and making a positive difference in the world around you.
My job is to help individuals and teams to be the best they can possibly be, at all times and in all places, helping them to build on their strengths, confront self-limiting beliefs and patterns, and thus transform their leadership.
Providing a “safe space” for senior leaders to work on their business challenges, and stretching their thinking on their options; Encouraging reflection on habits, behaviours, and limiting beliefs that may be getting in the way of top performance; Helping newly-appointed senior leaders to tackle the complexities of their new roles; Working with clients who are graduating from a professional expert into the leadership circle; Supporting senior and high potential women to achieve their aspirations at work and in life.
