About The Event

The National Certificate in Labour Relations Practice (NCLRP) is a groundbreaking NQF Level 6 (124 credits) qualification designed to empower HR, labour, and business leaders to master modern labour relations in a rapidly changing regulatory and digital landscape. Rooted in the insights of labour lawyers, policymakers, and industry experts, this qualification integrates AI-enabled tools, analytics, and design-thinking principles to help professionals manage disruption, transformation, and compliance with confidence.

Graduates will learn to interpret and apply recently amended labour legislation, implement case law precedents, and integrate technology-driven compliance systems to prevent disputes and enhance decision-making. The programme combines academic rigour with practical assignments, real-world case studies, and an innovative Final Integrated Summative Assessment (FISA) to measure workplace impact.
