About the event

Mental health awareness training for employees is crucial as it impacts their ability to engage and perform, which in turn is a product of smart trust. The aim of this workshop is to equip employees in general with the knowledge and skills that will give them a deeper understanding of mental health issues in their context, enabling them to recognise early warning signs and to use coping mechanisms as well as to access appropriate support. This training will also help employees develop capabilities for dealing with mental health and wellbeing challenges in the workplace, leading to increased employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success. By addressing these topics, the workshop aims to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote employees' mental health through a deeper understanding of self, self- regulation, use of psychological principles as well as how to better lead self in a disruptive and stressful context.

Topics include:
  • Mental health and resilience (as above)
  • Burnout recovery and prevention
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Navigating change and uncertainty
Programmes aim to enable individuals to:
  • Embrace wellness: empowering them to lead a more fulfilling life.
  • Build resilience: Gain confidence and resilience to face life's challenges head-on.
  • Mindful living: embrace a calmer, healthier way of living.
  • Stress management: Learn powerful coping strategies to deal with stress & anxiety.
  • Break the stigma: reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
