About The Event
This practical two-day workshop equips Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs), HR professionals, and training managers with the knowledge and tools to prepare and submit accurate Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs)—ensuring your organisation remains compliant and secures its Mandatory Grant funding.
The session includes live online walkthroughs of the SETA Grants Portal, giving delegates the confidence to complete submissions correctly and on time. You’ll learn how to capture company and employee data, report both planned and actual training (accredited and non-accredited), and align your training strategy with Skills Development Act requirements.

Introduction to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)
Core functions of the Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)
Step-by-step online submission process for WSP/ATR:Registration of SDF
Capturing company and employee information
