The AI Compass Capacitation Programme is a comprehensive 10-month curriculum that equips HR, ER, and Labour Law practitioners to harness AI safely and effectively across policy, people, and compliance.
You will deepen AI fluency, master prompt engineering, operationalise leading end-user tools, and integrate legal frameworks, including POPIA, ECTA, the Cybercrimes Act, and labour legislation. The format is intentionally practical: every month includes a 3-hour theory workshop plus a 1-hour application session to design policies, map and automate HR processes, build prototype chatbots, audit digital compliance, and assemble a reusable prompt library.
