B-BBEE & EE Consultant, former lecturer
Cindie is a consultant for Global Business Solutions and a leading human resources consultant on B-BBEE and employment equity. She holds a Masters Degree in Programme Management (M.Com), as well as a being a certified B-BBEE Technician and BEE auditing practitioner. Cindie is involved in initiatives to promote transformation in the workplace and education. Cindie has been involved in a number of consulting engagements in which she advised clients on how to maximize their B-BBEE score. Cindie is also responsible for BEE strategy development, Corporate Social Investment Programmes, Enterprise Development, Skills Development, Staff volunteering Programmes, Wellness strategy development, Mentorship Programmes, Suppliers development, Training and Coaching.
