Cindie Muller
B-BBEE & EE Consultant, former lecturer
Cindie is a consultant for Global Business Solutions and a leading human resources consultant on B-BBEE and employment equity. She holds a Masters Degree in Programme Management (M.Com), as well as a being a certified B-BBEE Technician and BEE auditing practitioner. Cindie is involved in initiatives to promote transformation in the workplace and education. Cindie has been involved in a number of consulting engagements in which she advised clients on how to maximize their B-BBEE score. Cindie is also responsible for BEE strategy development, Corporate Social Investment Programmes, Enterprise Development, Skills Development, Staff volunteering Programmes, Wellness strategy development, Mentorship Programmes, Suppliers development, Training and Coaching.
Joshua Botha is a B-BBEE Consultant at Global Business Solutions, working under the mentorship of Cindie Van Blerk and Richard Ryding. A 2024 BCom graduate from the University of Pretoria, he brings a fresh perspective and a strong eagerness to learn. Since joining in September 2024, Joshua has been actively involved in B-BBEE compliance and strategy, contributing to key projects, including work with BMW. His passion for transformation and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset as he develops his expertise in the field.
