Diversity management refers to an organisation’s deliberate actions to work towards a more inclusive work environment through the shaping of the organisation's culture, policies, and procedures. South Africa is rich in diverse cultures and a lack of understanding around the importance of cultural practices can have a severe impact on organisational culture.

Lwandile Mkosana
Trainer and Consultant at Global Business Solutions
Lwandile joined Global Business Solution after receiving his Honours degree in Political Science from Rhodes University in 2017. He has since been involved in facilitating Employment Equity, Diversity, and Disability Awareness for various companies such as Liberty, BMW, Tiger Brands, Glencore, Makro, and Airbus Southern Africa. Lwandile has assisted in initiating human resources programs and projects, by conducting research through various methods and identifying problems; creating solutions, and giving advice to resolve day-to-day HR issues. Lwandile brings an enthusiastic and modern approach to his facilitating and is fluent in English, isiXhosa, and isiZulu.
