Gavin Stone is a seasoned Employment Equity and HR Consultant with a strong track record in workforce transformation, compliance, and training. With over four years of consulting experience and a National Diploma in HR Management, Gavin specialises in guiding organisations through Employment Equity, B-BBEE, and skills development processes.
As a registered Assessor and Moderator, he brings hands-on expertise in aligning workplace policies with legislative requirements. Gavin has held key leadership roles, including Chairperson of the KZN Furniture Manufacturing Association and the Furniture Bargaining Council, and currently serves as a Director at SAFI, where he champions industry transformation.
