This course is designed to equip managers with essential financial knowledge and skills. This module covers key concepts such as financial management, the accounting cycle, and the interpretation of financial statements. Participants will learn about the scope of financial management, including the planning and controlling of financial resources, and the importance of liquidity and solvency.
The course delves into financial forecasting, budgeting, and the preparation of financial statements like the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Cindie has been involved in a number of consulting engagements in which she advised clients on how to maximize their B-BBEE score.
