Richard Ryding is a Chartered Accountant (CA SA) and seasoned B-BBEE expert with over 15 years’ experience helping organisations optimise their scorecards and navigate verification with confidence. As the B-BBEE Divisional Head at Global Business Solutions, he combines deep financial and regulatory insight with a hands-on, strategic approach, conducting scenario planning, pre-verification audits, and designing transformation-aligned strategies. With a BCom CTA and BEE Management Development Programme (MDP) qualification, Richard is passionate about authentic, measurable empowerment and remains a trusted advisor to businesses committed to sustainable B-BBEE compliance and impact.


Cindie Muller

B-BBEE & EE Consultant, former lecturer

Cindie is a consultant for Global Business Solutions and a leading human resources consultant on B-BBEE and employment equity. She holds a Master's Degree in Programme Management (M.Com), as well as being a certified B-BBEE Technician and BEE auditing practitioner. Cindie is involved in initiatives to promote transformation in the workplace and education. Cindie has been involved in a number of consulting engagements in which she advised clients on how to maximize their B-BBEE score. Cindie is also responsible for BEE strategy development, Corporate Social Investment Programmes, Enterprise Development, Skills Development, Staff volunteering Programmes, Wellness strategy development, Mentorship Programmes, Suppliers development, Training and Coaching.
