About the event
The Skills Development Facilitation Practitioner Programme is an accredited Occupational Skills Programme (SP-220321, NQF 5, 40 Credits) designed to equip HR, Training, and Skills Development professionals with the competencies required to manage skills development planning in a highly regulated environment. This intensive 5-day programme prepares delegates to conduct learning needs analyses, align organisational training with legislative requirements, and administer SDF processes essential for Mandatory Grant submissions.
The programme develops capabilities needed to support organisational learning within a regulatory framework that is “highly regulated and constantly changing” and is especially relevant for learners in HRM or human development roles responsible for driving effective workplace learning strategies.
