About The Event

2026 marks the beginning of a new era for labour law and HR transformation. Join this forward-looking workshop—From Parental Leave to AI: Your 2026 HR Playbook—to master the critical updates that shaped 2025 and prepare for the major legislative and technological trends redefining the year ahead.

You’ll explore how the Constitutional Court’s ruling on equal parental leave reshapes workplace policies, the new Employment Equity DG Review process, updates to dismissal and incapacity procedures under the Code of Good Practice, and new approaches to substance management and sick leave. Then, look ahead to 2026’s most disruptive developments—AI’s growing role in HR and employment relations, over 100 proposed amendments under the Labour Law Review, and major compliance shifts under the Employment Services Amendment Bill introducing foreign national quotas and platform work regulation

You’ll also gain insights on wage negotiation readiness, National Minimum Wage (NMW) expectations, and the power of workforce modelling and HR metrics to drive performance in a data-driven world. This workshop ensures your organisation stays compliant, informed, and strategically positioned for success.
